Noteworthy
- The Firm's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings in a jury trial was granted by the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in which a plaintiff alleged discrimination based on race and gender;
- After a four-day jury trial in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, the Firm obtained a verdict on all seven counts of plaintiff's claims alleging, inter alia, racial discrimination and discrimination based upon national origin;
- The Firm has successfully prevailed in motions for summary judgment in a number of employment discrimination cases alleging discrimination based upon race gender, national origin, and sexual harassment;
- The Firm successfully persuaded a plaintiff to drop his claim of sexual and racial discrimination at the conclusion of discovery based upon potential counterclaims developed by the firm against the plaintiff.
