Going "Carbon Neutral": Risks and Realities

Russ LaMotte will chair this seminar, one of Environmental Law Institute's Associate Seminar Series on "Understanding Climate Change Law," a series of seminars designed to help understand the legal, policy, and management issues surrounding climate change. Beveridge & Diamond will host a panel of experts, who represent companies that buy carbon offsets, at our offices in Washington, DC.
The panel will address the prospects of the fast-emerging idea of "carbon neutrality" and the voluntary market in carbon offsets that makes it possible.
