Peter will speak on a panel on Carbon Sequestration on Private, Public, and Indian Lands at 3:30pm on Thursday, September 18. This panel presentation will address projects for carbon sequestration on private, Indian, National Forest System, and public lands, including adequacy of existing legislative authority, funding for CCS on public lands, transportation/right-of-way issues, environmental issues, liability concerns, and other technical and legal questions.
