The audioconference will feature air, waste, water and government insiders who will recap the law and policy highlights of 2006, and set the stage for 2007 expectations. Mr. Friedland will address air issues, focusing on major environmental decisions handed down by and pending before the U.S. Supreme Court, agency and administrative actions anticipated in the upcoming year, and potential hot environmental issues that are likely to see action in the 110th Congress.
