Michael Murphy, Principal at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., is quoted in today's Times Herald-Record article "Ethanol Plant Officials Ready to Get Started" by Heather Yakin.  Mr. Murphy is representing the City of Middletown as they move forward with building a waste-to-ethanol plant.
