Mr. Knaub's practice focuses on commercial and environmental litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Knaub served as a pro se and motions law clerk to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from August 2003 until August 2005. He graduated from Cardozo Law School (cum laude 2003), where he was Articles Editor of the Cardozo Women's Law Journal. During law school, Mr. Knaub worked for the Affirmative Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department, litigating commercial and land use claims on behalf of New York City. Mr. Knaub also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Alfred M. Wolin, United States District of New Jersey. Mr. Knaub received his M.A. in Spanish Literature from Columbia University in 1997, and his B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of Iowa (cum laude 1996). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Knaub lived and worked in Madrid, Spain and San Jose, Costa Rica. He is fluent in Spanish. |
