Amy Lincoln is an associate in Beveridge & Diamond, P.C.'s Washington, D.C. office, with a practice focused primarily on the Clean Air Act and comparable state laws. In both regulatory and litigation matters, Ms. Lincoln has represented petroleum refineries, chemical companies, trade associations, consumer products manufacturers, and others on a variety of compliance, permitting, and enforcement issues, including New Source Review, air toxics, and EPA and state Title V operating permit programs. Her practice regularly includes advising companies on the submission of Title V, MACT, and other emissions and compliance reports to state and federal agencies, advising and litigating on behalf of companies subject to administrative and civil enforcement actions under state or federal law, and advice on facility assessment and audit issues.

Beyond Clean Air Act matters, Ms. Lincoln has also represented multinational corporations, major trade associations, and municipalities on a variety of compliance, enforcement, and counseling matters involving NEPA, the Clean Water Act, TSCA, and the Safe Drinking Water Act.

Ms. Lincoln received her legal degree from the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 2002). While attending the University of Virginia, Ms. Lincoln clerked for the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C. and the Southern Environmental Law Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A., 1998), where she was a member of the school's NCAA Division I National Champion Women's Soccer Team.

Ms. Lincoln is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Bar of the District of Columbia.
