Sarah Albert is an associate in the Baltimore office of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., with a general environmental, litigation, and regulatory practice. Ms. Albert received her legal degree from the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., with honors, 2005), where she was awarded a concentration in environmental law and served as a member and Articles Editor of the Maryland Law Review. Prior to joining Beveridge & Diamond, Ms. Albert served as a judicial law clerk for Judge James P. Salmon of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. During law school, Ms. Albert worked at the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, the Environmental Enforcement Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Army Corps of Engineers. She won the Roscoe Hogan Environmental Law Essay Contest, a national writing competition focused on finding solutions to the multitude of injustices inflicted upon the environment.
